Heading into its second year as one of the finest boards in the Phase 5 lineup, the Model X. This board is designed to offer top-of-the-line performance, and unmatched surface (down the line) speed for larger riders. The Model X is a “fun shape” inspired board that offers a very stable surface area for the rider. We shaped the Model X with a single winged fish tail design for more speed, drive and control in the wave.

The Model X is one of the few Phase 5 models that comes with a thruster (3) fin set-up, equipped with 2″ fins. This thruster fin set-up gives the rider maximum control of the board making it a great option for beginners and experienced riders alike. The Model X is 1″ thick, 58″ in length and wrapped in a full carbon lay-up making this the ultimate skim/surf hybrid unlike anything else!
