Overall is good but 2 things:
1. I was ordering the black/gray pad but end up is a whole black one.
2. The front pad is not sticking really well, about half length of the front pad on the regular toe side found peeling

The Black/Gray pads are no longer available and we are now shipping 2022 boards with black pads. We apologize this detail was not communicated to you prior to shipping.
As for the pad coming up, we use a very thorough process when applying traction. First, we clean the deck with denatured alcohol, then we heat the adhesive carefully with a heat gun during application.
In rare instances, the pads may partially come up in shipment. We understand this is not satisfactory, and we do our best to avoid this from happening.
In order to remedy the situation yourself, we recommend using a hair dryer or heat gun to carefully activate the adhesive from the bottom of the pad, and then re-apply. If you already stuck the pad back on, then you can do this from the top side of the EVA pad. CAUTION! The EVA can melt and deform if too much heat is applied. Keep the heat source moving and avoid keeping it in one place. Also, do not over-heat the deck of the board, too much heat will cause delamination of the boards materials. Only use WARM temperature. If it is too hot to touch, it is too hot! :)
