Collins Neal hails from the great state of Texas and is always out on the water with her sister, mom, and dad! We’re always seeing their videos/photos and each time we do, she seems to get a little more style every time! She may be the smallest shredder on team P5, but she makes up for it with as much stoke as anyone else out there!
