Even on a windy day you can help your surfing by doing some off water training. After doing some cardio it is important to do multiple sets of stretching. Today I worked on my hips, gluts and legs. After doing any type of work out on or off the water, stretching loosens tight muscles and improves your range of motion which ultimately means... more power ;D!
